Wedding Flowers
Creative, Unique & Vibrant Flowers for the Modern Bride
A love of the natural environment forms the ideas behind our wedding florals. We work hard to create a setting at our couples’ venue that reflects their style and personalities through the floral pieces we create. Contemporary colour palettes and textures are all part of what we use to create our couples’ vision. Fundamental to this is the use of the very best seasonal, locally grown and internationally sourced blooms. Showing your love story through the language of flowers.
How It Works
The decision of who will bring your floral dreams to life is a big one! We know this and do everything we can to make you feel comfortable, leading you through the process of building your wedding florals in a collaborative way. With so much to plan, choosing flowers can seem daunting. George has lots of experience in guiding couples and she’s here to make it a pleasurable, smooth journey.
Step One
Start Your Floral Journey
If you have contacted us and would like to chat further, George will organise a consultation via a call or Zoom to discuss all of your flowery ideas in more detail. Amongst other things, these will include colour palette, favourite flowers and budget with suggestions of what blooms might be available at the time of your wedding.
Step Two
Your Bespoke Proposal
A bespoke proposal will be created based on your consultation, detailing the style, colour palette and seasonal options discussed. It will also include an overview of the costs involved and a mood board full of inspirational images to help you see what beautiful designs can be curated.
Step Three
Make The Date Yours
If you are happy with your proposal we ask for confirmation via email within 10 days, along with a 10% deposit of the overall cost of your florals, which will secure your date.
Step Four
Keep Me Posted
As your big day comes together, we’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Closer to the date, George will be in touch to discuss final plans at around eight weeks.
Step Five
Final Payment
Your final payment will be due six weeks before the wedding day.
Step Six
Your Wedding Day
Finally, the day has arrived and we will be on-site at your venue to install your floral dreams! In the morning, larger installations are created, tables are set and bouquets are delivered. George is on hand to make sure every detail is perfect for your special day.
Step Seven
The Morning After The Night Before!
We will return to the venue to retrieve any items you may have hired; we’re always happy to liaise directly with them, leaving you free to enjoy your first day of married life together.
The wow factor
Big or small, our installations are full of colour, tones and texture and will elevate your wedding day by creating a cohesive look for your venue.

When we found Georgina Chapman through our venue, we absolutely loved her naturalistic and elegant style and knew she’d be a good fit for our wedding vision. Georgina was always available to chat through ideas, and we even attended a flower market to nail the colour palette and overall look. Our flower arch and meadow aisle pieces were showstoppers, and she even repositioned them in the day to help us keep to our budget. It was great to work with such a talented florist for our big day, I only wish my bouquet could have lived forever!

The Edit
I hope you find inspiration here – You’ll discover all things floral, from a grand wedding to something I’ve spotted growing in a hedgerow and much much more.
FAQS
There are no hidden costs – everything in your proposal is itemised so you can clearly see where your budget is being spent. The cost also covers your initial consultation call or Zoom meeting lasting up to one hour and a catch-up approximately 6 weeks prior to the big day. Any further meetings required will incur a charge of £25 per hour.
We ask for 10% of your overall wedding floral cost to secure the date. The final balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding day.
George works with a team of independent florists so in the unlikely event of injury or illness, she would enlist the help of another skilled professional who has a similar style and that has worked closely with George.
Yes, VAT is included in all prices.
On the day of the wedding George and/or the team will arrive at your venue to set up and/or create installations on-site. Personal flowers will be delivered and we will ensure all areas are set. Arrangements will be moved if stated in your proposal and we usually leave the venue after your ceremony.
George has a dedicated studio space in the picturesque Kent countryside, with close links to the M25, M2 and M20. Meetings are available by appointment.
Delivery and set-up are charged separately but the cost will be set out in your proposal.
Most definitely! As long as the design allows, we are happy to move arrangements from one area to another.
